Mobile Notary & Fingerprinting
Basic mobile notarial services - $60 (includes travel fee)
Real Estate Loan Signing - $175
Mobile Fingerprinting (Ink) - $150
(includes travel fee and FD-258 cards)
If documents need to be printed prior to appointment there will be a $2 charge per page.
Will and Power of Attorney Drafting
Will drafting- $300 (flat fee)
Power of Attorney (Durable or Healthcare)- $200 (Flat Fee per Power of Attorney Document)
Contract Management
For one time contract review and revisions- $150 (for first 50 pages only. Contacts over 50 pages are subject to additional charges)
